Hi and welcome to our Terms and Conditions page, we made sure to make it short and to the point. Please read the below as it it important and affects your rights in purchasing at Tee. We’d like to ensure we provide you the best service and product and would like to ensure you enjoys it for years and year. Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from Tee.

 

 

Warranty:

Tee offers a one year warranty for all purchases if the embroidery or print received was faulty, or if it has been washed as per instruction and resulted in a damage.

A Tee representative might either request the physical product to be sent or for photos to be sent for investigation and we will look into fixing the issue at hand.

If the issue was reported after a year, we will be able to recreate the product at  20% discount off the price originally quoted.

 

VAT:

Value Added Tax (or VAT) is an indirect tax imposed on some goods and services. VAT is applied in more than 160 countries around the world as a reliable source of revenue for state budgets.

Starting 1st of  January 2018, VAT will apply to all products and services provided to you by Tee.

The VAT is an additional standard rate of 5% of your order.

 

Sizes:

Ordered the wrong size:

For all custom made products, exchanges and returned can not be made if the size produced has met the order requirements and has met our size chart specifications.

Received the wrong size:

For all custom made products, if the size received was the not the size ordered or it does not meet the size chart specifications, a Tee representative might either request the physical product to be sent or a photo detailing the size of the width and length for further investigation and we will look into fixing the issue at hand.

 

Colors:

In case you faced a problem with the color you chose whether it was completely different or faded, a Tee representative might either request the physical product to be sent or a photo or further investigation and we will look into fixing the issue at hand.

Kindly take into consideration that the colors on the computer screen might be slightly different than the actual product. Slight variations in the colors due to screen colors do not warrant a re-do.

 

Fabric:

In Tee we always try to offer the best types of fabrics with many varieties. Feel free to contact us to know more details on the fabric needed. In case the fabric in your order was damaged or faulty, a Tee representative might either request the physical product to be sent or a photo or further investigation and we will look into fixing the issue at hand.

 

Designs and names:

Ordered the design/name with a mistake:

For all custom made products, exchanges and returns can not be made if the designs and names received has met the order requirements. We may however try to help in fixing it if that was possible.

Received the design/name with a mistake:

For all customer made products, if the design/name received does not meet the order specifications, a Tee representative might either request the physical product to be sent or a photo for  further investigation and we can replace the piece free of charge.

 

Delivery:

After your order is completed it will be sent to the address written in checkout. We would kindly like to note that we send the entire order to the client who has ordered and filled the address in checkout, we do not distribute the order to the group.

 

Returns and Refunds:

At Tee we offer returns and refunds as store credit only. Any order that is 2 weeks later than the promised delivery date is eligible for a 20% store credit at Tee from the order value. Order cancellations after the order has been processed does not warrant a refund or store credit.

 

 

NOTE:

By completing the order process in the design collection, design lab or the order form and completing the payment process, the client confirms that all details are correct and meets the required specifications. If the order meets the required design specifications or a Tee representative has received a written or verbal confirmation from the client and a mistake was found later upon receiving, Tee will not be held accountable however, we will be more than happy to look into the issue at hand to find ways to fix it.
